2007 Online Leasing Highlights

There was a 23% increase in people viewing current apartment availability online from 2006 to 2007 and a 144% increase from 2005 to 2007.
From 2006 to 2007 there was a 31% increase in online apartment reservations made and a 119% increase over 2005.
5.2 million renters in 2007 checked availability online via VaultWare-Powered "Check Availability" buttons on both Internet Listing Services and apartment community websites combined.
